Let’s Begin.

Microcoaching

Designed for the focused and the driven, I won’t stop you on your trajectory. But I will spend time with you each week to check that you’re thinking clearly, considering all angles, and keeping both feet on the ground.

Deep Work

My most popular program, this is for those who know that change is needed in the form of a significant, lasting paradigm shift. Together, we’ll gently unpack the dynamics of your life and give you tools to make empowered choices.

The Launchpad

This program is best suited to those making a start, launching their own companies or enrolled in education. This enables those without steady income to receive coaching with me at a critical time in life.

Trust the process.

During our first call, we’ll get everything onto the page. Using tried and tested questions to gently unwind your story,  right from the get-go you’ll see why my proven approach works. By the end of the session, we will define goals and guiding principles to shape our future work together.

We want to strike the balance between updates to self-awareness, and integration of your new-found self into your life. I recommend sessions every 2-3 weeks to keep up momentum and implement fresh perspectives. When you look back, you’ll be amazed at how far you’ve come.

By the end of our time together, you will have a nuanced understanding of your own perception, behaviors, and mindset, as well as a set of tools to manage life’s challenges. You’ll have answers, and you’ll know how to ask better questions.

Some FAQs

The coaching relationship is a unique one, and it’s normal to have some questions about it. Here are a few commonly asked ones:

  • Most of us need help getting some perspective, so the answer is probably yes. It doesn’t matter how talented and decorated an athlete is — they all have coaches who hold them accountable and give their training focus. You’re no less special and deserving of support.

  • The simplest explanation is that therapy is focused on the past, but coaching is focused on the present and the future. We can look to the past for clues to help us, but it’s not our job to unpack past experiences and trauma.

The coaching relationship is pragmatic, tactical, and focused on results. And if helpful, you’ll get to know about me and my experiences as part of our discussions.

I’m not your therapist, friend, mentor, or partner. But I am here to make a difference.

  • Often, we are focused on hitting certain goals. We graduate, sign contracts, move geographies. But we are human beings, not human doings. So coaching can help you uncover what it is about you and your unique self that is driving your decisions. Are those choices in alignment with who you truly are?

  • There’s no doubt that coaching is a lifelong investment in yourself. That said, coaching often is more affordable than many other practices, such as therapy or professional consultants.

  • It depends on your chosen program, but typically we’ll have a call every other week. We aim to complete the program within 3 months, but many of my clients travel and so we work around your schedule. You can book those in using my online calendar tool located right on the site.
